DESCRIPTION

Welded wire mesh, known as hardware cloth, is a metal mesh made by welding horizontal and vertical wires together at their intersections. There are various types of welded wire mesh such as stainless steel welded wire mesh, galvanised welded wire mesh and PVC coated welded wire mesh, which are corrosion resistant, durable and low cost and are widely used for captive animals, gardening, construction, and fence reinforcement.

Types

1. Welded wire mesh according to the material can be classified as galvanized welded wire mesh, PVC coated welded wire mesh, stainless steel welded wire mesh, etc.

• Galvanised Welded Wire Mesh: This type of hardware cloth mesh is coated with a layer of zinc to prevent rust and corrosion. Galvanised welded wire mesh can be classified as galvanised after welding ( GAW ) or galvanised before welding ( GBW ), and galvanised after welding ( GAW ) for better corrosion resistance.
  

  
• PVC coated welded wire mesh: This type of hardware cloth mesh is usually welded with galvanised wire and then coated with a layer of PVC to provide additional protection against rust and corrosion. A variety of colours are available to suit different environments.
  

  
• Stainless steel welded wire mesh: This type of hardware cloth mesh is made from stainless steel wire, which is highly resistant to rust and corrosion and is usually made of 304, 316 stainless steel to ensure that it will never rust.

Production
